    Perfect for families looking for a great stay

    Location is perfect as it’s close to everywhere, yet not in the most crowded streets. Staff were super kind and friendly, specially Silve who surprised us with a birthday cake for my son's special day and baklava on Eid.

    It wasn’t inexpensive but for what you get it’s still acceptable.

    The hotel exudes luxury with beautiful, clean rooms and exceptionally friendly staff, especially Muhammet and Kadir who enhanced our dining experience. However, food and drink prices were quite steep. A dynamic and modern atmosphere, and a fantastic Taksim location made it enjoyable overall.

    Everything about our 3-night stay was very nice! The luxury lounge access was a game-changer—it really felt like an all-inclusive getaway. The kids had an absolute blast, especially at the pool and hammam. I can't recommend this place enough!

    This hotel suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a wonderful fitness center. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me find parking.     The Superior Double or Twin Room was pretty average. Nothing too fancy or impressive. It felt a bit cramped, and the bathroom setup was kind of inconvenient with limited space. Some nice natural light from the big windows though. The bed was comfy and the linens were great, but overall, I expected a bit more for the price.
